The eagle symbolizes determination and independence. The harpy eagle is a personal favourite of Dr. Anstead’s.
Crest
The wings connect to the eagle in the arms. To Dr. Anstead, the cross refers to the heritage of the crusaders.
Motto
This Latin phrase means “Always a raptor” and alludes to the eagle in the arms. It expresses Dr. Anstead’s admiration for the strength and independence of raptors.
