The oak leaves repeat the symbolism of the Arms. Their rotational arrangement was designed by Mr. Woodward’s wife, and it expresses the couple’s love for each other. The number of leaves represents three enduring principles: family unity, strength through adversity and generational continuity. It thus honours the support that Mr. Woodward’s wife has provided him through life’s changes and the enduring nature of family bonds across generations.
