The gun sight represents the skill of a Tactical Aviation Door Gunner. The Royal Crown symbolizes service to the Sovereign. The badge frame composed of one or two wings, a laurel wreath and the Royal Crown is common to all trade and occupational badges of the Canadian Armed Forces.
