Badge of the Taber Police Service: The Arms of the Town of Taber within an annulus Vert edged and inscribed INFORM INVOLVE PROTECT in letters Or, all within a wreath of maple leaves Or issuant from a wild rose, the whole ensigned by the Royal Crown proper;
Symbolism
Badge
The maple leaves represent Canadian identity, and the provincial flower identifies the province of operation of the service as Alberta. The Royal Crown signifies that the members of the police force serve to uphold the Queen’s peace. The police motto INFORM INVOLVE PROTECT appears on the annulus.
