Symbolism
Arms
The chevron division is based on the arms of St. Thomas University, Fredericton, where Monsignor Henneberry teaches, and those of the University of New Brunswick, from which he received his first degree. The Celtic crosses represent his calling as a priest and his Irish ancestry. The dove is taken from the emblem of the Diocese of Saint John, of which Monsignor Henneberry is Vicar General.
Motto
Meaning “Justice and peace have embraced”, this is taken from Psalm 84:11 in the Vulgate (85:10 in the English psalter).
