The books mark the educational mandate of the society. The oak tree represents deeply rooted strength, the chevron the idea of striving upwards, and the stars the concept of excellence.

Motto

Meaning “Look to the star”, this Latin phrase is taken from a verse of the Marian hymn “Respice Stellam, Voca Mariam”, based on a sermon by St. Bernard of Clairvaux (1090-1153). The star represents the Blessed Virgin Mary.
