Badge

Blue and white (heraldic Argent) are the traditional colours of the Communications and Electronics Branch. The alternating pattern of the colours symbolizes the exchange of data and the idea of territory. This also represents the globe and the role played by CFNOC in its protection. The sword represents the roles of defence and the protection of networks against cyber-threats, while the lightning bolts indicate communication and electronic networks.

Motto

Meaning “Fight the networks”.
