For Ms. Jones, the peacock evokes the magnificent splendour, talent and majesty of our Creator. The key represents the idea of guardianship and dominion over all, which is bestowed on us by our Creator, as well the idea of unlocking and securing knowledge, the source of truth, beauty and power. The palm trees, a favourite subject in Ms. Jones’s paintings, signify strength and endurance.

The dragon is a creature of the imagination, a fearless guardian of treasure. It is shown here guarding a castle, symbolizing the idea of home and family.
