Per pale Azure and Bleu céleste on a pale Gules fimbriated Argent between dexter a key in pale ward to the dexter its bow encircling a fouled anchor and sinister a like key its bow encircling an eagle volant affronté a third like key its bow encircling two swords in saltire all Or;

Out of a chaplet of dogwood flowers Argent leaved Vert a demi cougar Or with its sinister forepaw supporting an escutcheon of the Arms;

Motto

CONSERVA PRAETERITA FUTURIS. This Latin phrase means "Preserve the past for the sake of the future".
