Out of a chaplet of dogwood flowers Argent leaved Vert a demi cougar Or with its sinister forepaw supporting an escutcheon of the Arms;
Motto
CONSERVA PRAETERITA FUTURIS. This Latin phrase means "Preserve the past for the sake of the future".
