Argent a saltire Gules between in chief a rose of the last barbed, seeded, leaved and slipped in base a beaver to the sinister and in fess a thistle leaved and slipped and a sprig of shamrock proper a bordure per pale Sable and Vert;

Upon a grassy mound on either side an Indigenous person to the dexter in full dress holding in the exterior hand a calumet and raising the other hand to the forehead the sinister in hunting dress holding in the exterior hand a bow all proper;

CONCORDIA SALUS. This Latin phrase means "Harmony is salvation".
