Within a circlet composed alternately of maple leaves Gules and oak leaves Or a dove alighting wings elevated and addorsed proper gorged with a collar Azure charged with fleurs-de-lis Argent and holding in its beak a sprig of olive Vert;

Motto

PRO UTILITATE COMMUNITATIS. This Latin phrase means "For the use of the community".
