The falcon resting on the falconer’s hand represents the two main elements of the aerospace operations: air defence and air traffic control. The blue sleeve of the falconer represents the uniform of the air element of the Canadian Forces, and the falcon itself symbolizes the contributions of aerospace operations to the Canadian Forces.

Motto

Meaning “Excellence above all”.
