Arms
The tools are those of a carpenter (joiner) to represent the occupation of Mr. Stolarik’s ancestors when they acquired the surname of Stolarik in the 16th century. The three roses allude to the county of Turiec in central Slovakia, the residence of the family in the 1930s and 1940s.
Crest
The maple leaf and the linden leaf (sacred to the Slavs) symbolize respectively the current domicile and the Slavic origin of Mr. Stolarik. The eagle’s wing is inspired by the crest of Zdenko Alexy, which has two such wings.
