An arrowhead proper charged with a maple leaf Gules overall a V-42 fighting knife proper;


Symbolism

Badge

The spearhead takes the shape of the First Special Service Force badge. It is a recognized symbol of special operations forces and it establishes a link to the past, The V-42 fighting knife is a recognized symbol of special operations forces. The maple leaf represents Canada.
