Arms

Barruly wavy Azure and Argent overall a Pile reversed also Argent disposed thereon as if viewed from above a Scull or Shell (as used at the St. John's Regatta) bow in chief and rudder in base with seven fixed seats all Proper;

On a rock Proper within a circlet of crosses of St. John Argent and Pitcher plant flowers a lamb Proper crowned rayonny and unguled Or supporting at the shoulder by its dexter fore hoof an oar also Proper;

Supporters

On an outcropping of rock rising from waves Azure crested Argent two Quidi Vidi spirits that is the torso of a caribou Azure attired and unguled Or joined to the tail of a brown lake trout proper each gorged with a coronet erablé Or pendant therefrom a bezant bearing a representation of the Royal Crown proper;

Motto

CERTAMEN TRADITIONE REGATUR. This Latin phrase means "Let the contest be ruled by tradition".
