The flame evokes the Centennial Flame on Parliament Hill. It symbolizes eternal peace. The blue wavy bars represent the three rivers that join in Ottawa, namely the Ottawa, the Rideau and the Gatineau. The badge was previously used by the 76 Communication Group.
Motto
This Latin phrase means “Communicate by all possible means”.
