Symbolism
Arms
The swords symbolize Colonel Gludo's service in the Canadian Armed Forces. The maple leaves and colours represent his commitment to Canada and to Canadian values.
Crest
The grizzly, a favourite animal of Colonel Gludo's, refers to the militia in Alberta. The swords in the paws and the maple leaf coronet, taken from the symbols in the arms, indicate the defence of Canadian values and tradition.
Motto
The motto covers two aspects of Colonel Gludo's career: his training philosophy within the military, and his work with "Operations Groups" in the information technology sector.
Flag
The colours and swords have the same symbolism as in the arms, while the cross makes a reference to Colonel Gludo's charitable activities.
Badge
