Argent on a fess wavy Azure between in chief two oars in saltire Sable surmounted by an apple Gules and in base a feather Sable a reef knot Argent between two fountains;

QUINQUE IUNCTA IN UNO. This Latin phrase means "Five united in one".

Argent a canton of the flag of the Province of New Brunswick and the shield of the arms of the Town of Rothesay in the fly;
